Resilient Living - Where do I go from here?

Workshop

Saturday 19th May 2018

11am - 6pm

With Jane Chase and Pauline Marksteiner

How have challenging experiences shaped you? What have you learned from them? This workshop will give time to explore the difficult times of life to see what new doors could open through processing life experiences that help us build up natural, innate and personal resiliencies.

The question of developing resilience is ongoing, and arises from the very core of who we are and what our unique and individual biographies have given rise to. Working with our biographies in a conscious way, we can get clearer about our purpose and bring meaning into our work relationships. Using creative exercises and conversation this workshop offers a space to ask the questions that our usual busy everyday selves find hard to allow time for. Tea and coffee will be available in the cafe and there are cafes nearby for lunch. All materials provided.

Co-facilitated by Jane Chase and Pauline Marksteiner, both experienced biographical counsellors with many years of experience working with individuals and groups.  See www.biographicalcounselling.net
